Significantly, boasts a proven track record of experience across capital markets and the blockchain industry. Most recently, Berman led strategic initiatives in the digital asset securities control framework that has become an industry benchmark. She further expanded this work with GBBC and Oliver Wymann, creating a comprehensive risk framework for issuing securities on public blockchains.
Before DTCC, Berman headed strategy for Broadridge’s Capital Markets division, driving growth and innovation. Her experience also includes roles at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and JPMorgan. Berman currently advises several organizations on risk, regulation, and blockchain implementation in capital markets.
